摘 要:为了研究中药复方理囊散中水溶性成分的提取工艺及其促孕活性,采用超声辅助提取法,以干膏得率为评价指标,通过单因素、正交实验优化水溶性成分的提取工艺,并考察了水溶性成分对雌性小鼠子宫系数和卵巢卵泡发育的影响。结果显示:温度为55℃,料液比为1∶12,提取3次,每次25min为复方理囊散中水溶性成分的最佳提取条件,水溶性成分高剂量组对小鼠子宫系数的影响显著高于空白组(P<0.05),水溶性成分组大型卵泡的百分比均高于空白组。结论:该工艺简单可行,理囊散中水溶性成分具有一定的促孕活性。Objective:To study the extraction technology and fertility-promoting activity of water-soluble components frorn the traditional chinese medicine compound Linangsan. Methods:The extraction rate in the extract was taken as evaluation indexes to determine the optimum extraction technology of water-soluble components. The ultrasound-assisted extraction method was a- dopted in the study, and the optimum parameters of extraction were gained by single factor and orthogonal design. The influence of water-soluble components on 21-days female mice's uterus coefficient and developing the follicles ovaries was investigated. Results:The optimal extraction method was 55 ~C, 25 min, 12-fold water, 3 times. The effects of water-soluble components for increasing mouse uterus coefficient is significantly higher than the blank group (P%0.05). Conclusion: The optimal extaction technology was reasonable, water-soluble components have a certain fertility-promoting activity.
