摘  要:为掌握规模化养猪场环境中的细菌菌落总数,为了选择最佳的消毒剂,以便为养猪场细菌性疾病的预防与控制提供依据,本试验在南京市郊某规模化养猪场中采集空气样本进行细菌总数检测和主要致病菌的鉴定,应用常用的消毒剂对致病菌进行消毒效果试验。结果显示,不同种类的猪舍内细菌菌落总数不同,保育舍是103.18×103cfu/m3>哺乳仔猪舍90.89×103cfu/m3>生长育肥猪舍54.15×103cfu/m3,保育舍和哺乳仔猪舍严重超出国家规定的标准,生长育肥舍在标准范围内。舍内细菌菌落总数平均是82.74×103cfu/m3,高于舍外16.54×103cfu/m3。不同浓度的消毒剂对致病性金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的消毒效果不同,4种消毒剂与混合株菌悬液作用5min,使用0.125%的浓度,复方戊二醛对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率均为100%,安贝洁的杀灭率分别是99.6%和93.1%,圣洁的杀灭率分别是95.9%和93.8%,菌克星消毒液(1210)几乎没有作用。从杀菌效果可以看出,复方戊二醛消毒剂的杀菌效果最好。To determine the total amount of bacteria in pigeries and find the appropriate disin- fectant to prevent and control the disease, the researchers use different kinds of common disin- fectants to purify the sample air in a large-scale pig farm in Nanjing. The result shows there are different amounts of bacteria in different piggeries, that is, nursery pen (103. 18103 cfu/ m3) houses for suckling pigs (90.89 ×10^3cfu/m^3) houses for fattening pigs (54. 15×10^3cfu/m^3). The amounts of bacteria in nursery pen and houses for suckling pigs are highly be- yond the national standard, while that of houses for fattening pigs is within the national stan- dard. The average amount of bacteria inside the houses is 82.74×10^3cfu/m^3, which is over that outside the houses (16.54×10^3cfu/m^3). Different disinfectants with different concentra- tions have different effects on Staphylococcus Aureus and Escherichia coli. Four disinfectantswith the concentration of 0. 125~ are taken on bacteria in five minutes. The stenhzmg rate oI Glutaraldehyde to Staphylococcus Aureus and Escherichia Coli is 100 ~, while that of Anbeijie is 99.6~, 93.1 ~ and that of Shenjie is 95.9~, 93.8~ respectively. Junkexing has no effect on two bacteria. The test shows that Glutaraldehyde is the best disinfectant.
