摘  要:石羊河下游是西北荒漠区生态恶化最明显、植被退化最严重、水资源供需矛盾最突出、治理过程最艰难的地区,同时也是当下国内社会关注度最高的地区之一。分析了导致石羊河下游生态恶化的自然因素和人为因素,得出全球性气候变化和人为活动频度过高是该地区荒漠植被退化的主要原因;通过不同角度的深入思考和探究,在多年从事荒漠化治理与荒漠植被恢复重建实践研究和数据剖析的基础上,提出了石羊河下游生态综合治理措施和植被修复重建方式。The lower reaches area of Shiyang River Basin is the area of most obvious ecological deterioration and the most serious vegetation degradation. It is the area of most prominent contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, and also is the most difficult area to govern in the northwest desert region. There are two causes of deterioration of ecological environment, natural factors and human factors. The results showed that global climate changed and frequency human activities were the essence of the causes. The main two reasons led serious vegetation degradation in the area are that the global climate change has been taken place, and the human activities frequency was too high in the area. Based on practices and analysis of collected data in many years, the desert vegetation' s reconstruction strategic approaching and technical measures are put forward for the lower reaches of Shiyang River Basin.
