摘　　要：针对现社会森林资源的信息管理紧缺的现象,设计了一种基于GIS的森林资源数据库系统,通过系统可及时了解及掌握资源的现状和变化过程,可有针对性地制定林业经营管理的方针、方案和政策,为造林规划设计提供数据上的支持。技术人员可利用该系统根据立地类型的专题图确定造林规划的设计内容,制作出造林类型的专题图,为森林资源的经营管理提供决策上的依据。In view of the shortage of present social forest resources information management, a forest resources database system based on GIS has been designed. Through timely understanding the system＇ s status and change, the guideline, scheme and policy of forestry management can be pertinently established to provide a support in data for afforestation planning and design. According to the site types of thematic map, technical staff can use the system to determine the afforestation planning and design content, to produce the thematic maps of afforestation types, thus providing a decision-making basis for forest resources management.
