摘 要:以广西东门林场11个种源的17年生大花序桉试验林为材料,伐倒样木取木样和生长锥钻取木芯2种取样方法测定木材基本密度,研究大花序桉木材基本密度在种源间、树干高度和胸径处径向变异,同时研究木材基本密度与无损检测测定值之间的相关关系,以及两种取样方法测定基本密度的比较。研究结果表明:种源间木材基本密度的变异范围是0.617~0.753 g/cm3,总体平均基本密度为0.706 g/cm3,方差分析表明大花序桉种源间木材基本密度差异极显著;基本密度在树干高度上的变化没有一致的变化趋势,不同树干高度的基本密度差异不显著;木材基本密度自髓心到树皮呈逐渐增大的径向变异规律,木材基本密度在径向差异极显著;用木块样品测出的基本密度总体上都比用木芯样品测出的结果高,同时存在极显著的差异(P<0.01)。从大花序桉Pilodyn测定值与基本密度之间的回归方程可知,这两者间存在较好的负相关关系,北向的决定系数(R2=0.410)高于南向的决定系数(R2=0.363),外部平均基本密度决定系数(R2=0.488)高于总体平均基本密度的决定系数(R2=0.389)。By taking 11 provenances of 17-year-old Eucalyptus cloziana in Dongmen Forest Farm of Guangxi as the researched materials, and adopting felled-tree sample method and taking wood samples with growth cone method to measuring the woods basic density, the variations of Eucalyptus cloziana wood basic density in different provenances, different height of a tree and the trend of radial were studied, the relationship between the wood basic density and the nondestructive testing values was researched, and the results of basic density measured with the two methods were compared. The results show that the variations of basic density in different provenances were from 0.617 g/cm3 to 0.753 g/cm3, and the average of basic density was 0.706 g/cm3. The results of the ANOVA analysis also show that there were some remarkable differences in provenances; there were no consistency variation of basic density between different height of a tree, there was no significant difference; the basic density showed a gradually increasing trend of radial from heart-centre to tree bark, and the ANOVA analysis showed that there was a remarkable difference; the basic densities measured with block samples were higher than that measured with drilled-samples, there was a significant difference between those two methods (P 〈 0.01); The linear regression equation of Pilodyn results and the basic density observed showed a significantly negative correlation, the coefficient of north directions (R^2=0.410) was higher than south directions (R^2=0.363), the determination coefficient of outer wood average basic density (R^2=0.488) was higher than that of the general average basic density (R^2=0.389).
