摘 要:林木扦插过程中内部营养元素研究极少.为了探索扦插过程中插条内营养元素变化并给予今后扦插技术指导,开展了麻疯树大田扦插过程中插条内营养元素研究。研究表明,在麻疯树扦插过程中,插条内各元素含量的变化是不一样的,但不同无性系相同元素的变化趋势基本一致;元素在插条分段分布中,多存在着比较明显的"中间拴塞"现象,含量不是比上下部小,就是比上下部大;攀枝花无性系相对于大哨无性系含P、Zn、Mn量较高。不同无性系扦插过程中各元素其生理作用一致的。结合各无性系成活率表现,得出P元素可能在麻疯树插条生根成活方面起关键性作用,而N元素与K元素与生根成活率关系相关性不强;微量元素中Zn、Mn元素含量较高也许有利于麻疯树插条成活。The dynamic during cutting propagation of forest tree have been hardly studied. In order to explore the changes of internal nutrient elements cutting propagation, the cUtting tests on Jatropha curcas L. were conducted in field. The results show that in J. carcus cutting propagation, the internal nutrient element contents changed differently, the variation tendency of the same element in different clones were basically identical; in a segmented element distribution, there existed relatively obvious phenomenon of ‘middle embolism' which were bigger or smaller than up part and down part; the P, Zn and Mn contents of Panzhihua clone were bigger than those of Dashao clone' s. All nutrient elements of different J. carcus clones had the same physiological action during the cutting propagation. According to the survival ratios of different clones, P element had played a key role to rooting survival ofJ. carcus cutting propagation, while N and K elements marginally affected the rooting survival rate; perhaps the the bigger Zn, Mn contents would be propitious to d. carcus cutting's survaival.
