摘  要:以人工栽培的杜仲Eucommia ulmoides为试材,探讨了两种栽培模式杜仲林的负氧离子含量及光合生理指标的日变化。通过分析净光合速率与光合、水分生理指标关系并拟合得:P=71.87 Cond-2.28 Tr-0.07 Ci+8.86 T-154.572。结合其日变化趋势,分析杜仲的光合、水分生理变化对负氧离子的影响,得出,湿度对负离子含量的影响最大,其关系为I=0.053 H-0.319。通过深入研究杜仲的环境效应以及光合、水分生理特性。近一步探讨不同模式杜仲的适应性、环境效用以及其负氧离子含量变化的生理机制。The differences of negative oxygen ion content and the diurnal variation of photosynthesis physiology in two kinds of Eucommia ulmoides cultivation patterns were investigated taking artificial cultivation E. ulmoides as the tested materials. Through analyzing and fitting the relations among net photosynthetic rate(NPR), photosynthesis, and moisture content, the fitting equation was obtained as P=71.87 Cond-2.28 Tr-0.07 Ci+8.86 T-154.572. Considering the diurnal variation of NPR, the effects of photosynthesis and moisture content changes on negative oxygen ion content were analyzed. It is found that the effect of humidity on negative oxygen ion content was the maximum, the equation was I=0.053 H-0.319. Furthmore, the suitability, environmental efficiency and physiological mechanism of negative oxygen ion ehange were studied.
