摘　　要：本文简要探讨了金融学学术期刊的评价问题,对决定期刊质量和影响力的若干因素进行了阐释,并通过对国外金融学学术期刊研究文献的归纳和解读,以及国外一流期刊的介绍,初步剖析了我国金融学期刊存在的不足之处,给出改善期刊质量的几点建议。This paper briefly reviews the literature of finance journals and documents the facts that determine the quality and influence of the academic journals.Given the problems facing finance journals in China,we argue that Chinese finance journals should learn from the internationally recognized journals and build up the peer-review mechanism in order to improve their quality and influence.
