摘  要:为解决电子多臂机对电磁铁响应速度要求很高且机内散热条件很差的问题 ,首先分析了电磁铁的吸力特性和吸合过程的两个阶段 ,提出了吸合时间的计算方法 ;在此基础上提出了提高电磁铁响应速度的措施 :合理设计电磁铁加速电路 ,合理设计电子多臂机的花纹控制机构或附加辅助靠近机构。In electronic dobby,solenoids must response very quickly,but the condition of thermal radiation in the mechanism is very bad.To solve these problems,firstly,the behaviors of the solenoid's suction process were analyzed,and a method for computing the period of the suction process was also provided,then some measures to accelerate the solenoid's response were advanced,that is,reasonablly design the accelerate circuit,reasonablly design the pattern control mechanism or additional auxiliary attraction mechanism.
