摘 要:云南某铜矿原矿含铜1.68%,铜的氧化率为19.64%,其中结合氧化铜占13.69%,是一种复杂难选的硫化铜混合矿。由于铜泡石在矿石中含量较高,难以活化,因而精矿回收率仅为80%左右。考虑技术经济因素,较为合理的分选流程是采用原矿磨矿细度70%-74μm单一浮选流程,可获得铜精矿品位为32.23%、铜回收率为78.48%的选矿指标。A copper ore containing 1.68% Cu with oxidation rate of 19.64%, in which combined copper oxide accounts for 13.69%, is a complex and refractory copper sulphide ore. As a result of tyrolite in ore with higher content, it is difficult to be activated, thus concentrate recovery rate was only about 80%. Considering the technical and economic factors, the ore is ground to a fineness of 70% below 74 μm followed by single flotation process, and it is considered to be a reasonable sorting process, finally the copper concentrate grading 32223% Cu was obtained, at recovery of 78.48% Cu.
