摘 要:针对新疆某地黑白钨矿矿石性质,采用"重选—浮选—重选"的工艺流程,应用"GYB+ZL"组合捕收剂,最终获得了WO3品位65.23%、回收率40.17%黑白钨混合精矿;浮选白钨精矿品位65.11%、回收率28.64%,黑钨精矿一品位50.02%、回收率15.40%,黑钨精矿二品位32.10%、回收率7.06%,钨的总回收率91.27%。Based on the property of wolframite and scheelite ore of Xinjiang, the process of "gravity concentration-flotation-gravity concentration" and " GYB+ZL" combination collector was adopted, mixed concentrates of wolframite and scheelite were obtained, the concentrates grading 65.23% WO3, at the recovery of 40.17%; flotation scheelite concentrate grade is 65.11%, at recovery of 28.64%; wolframite concentrate one grade is 50.02%, at recovery of 15.40%; wolframite concentrate two grade is 32.10%, at recovery of 7.06%; the total W03 recovery is 91.27%.
