摘 要:采用单矿物沉降试验,系统考察pH值以及六偏磷酸钠、硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和焦磷酸钠4种分散剂对微细粒赤铁矿分散行为的影响。通过DLVO理论计算,分析分散剂提高赤铁矿分散性能的作用机理。4种分散剂对赤铁矿分散能力的顺序为:三聚磷酸钠和焦磷酸钠>六偏磷酸钠>硅酸钠;氢氧化钠作为pH调整剂,与六偏磷酸钠和硅酸钠对微细粒赤铁矿的分散均具有协同作用。The influence of pH and sodium hexmetaphasphate, sodium silicate, Sodium tripoly phosphate and Sodium pyrophosphate on the dispersion of hematite fines were studied by the sedimentation experiments. The dispersion mechanism of sodium hexmetaphasphate, as a representative of the dispersants, on hematite fines had been researched by theoretical calculation of DLVO. The results indicate that hematite was better dispersed by sodium hydroxide compared with water, the dispersion order of four dispersants on hematite pyrophosphate 〉sodium hexametaphosphate 〉sodium silicate. sodium carbonate; in the natural pH of distilled fines is as follows: trisodium phosphate, sodium There is a synergistic action between sodium hydroxide, as a pH adjustment agent, and sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium silicate on the dispersion of hematite fines.
