摘  要:简要介绍德兴铜矿铜钼分离工艺研究成果与现状。采用生化法制备新型高效抑制剂HXM,重点开展HXM新药剂抑铜效能试验及与硫化钠对比试验,针对新药剂对后续精选作业产生影响起因进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,采用新药剂工艺获得钼精矿中钼品位为48.86%、铜含量1.64%的合格钼精矿,与现场硫化钠工艺指标基本相当,但药剂成本较原工艺可降低近30%。This article briefly describes the copper-molybdenum separation process research achievements and the status quo of Dexing Copper Mine.A new kind of efficient inhibitor HXM was produced by biochemical preparation,and a series of tests were conducted focusing on the influence on the following re-cleaning of molybdenum.Results showed that molybdenum concentrate grading 48.86% Mo containing 1.64% Cu.Compared with the process using sodium sulphide,the process indexes using inhibitor HXM are equal to the original process indexes while the cost of reagent reduced nearly by 30%.
