摘  要:采用不同浓度(0%、0.3%、0.6%l、0.9%)NaCl溶液在幼芽期对耐盐水稻品系H5、H6和对照辽星一号(C6)进行盐胁迫处理。待幼苗生长20d达到两叶一心期,测定丙二醛(MDA)、相对电导率、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和株高,结果表明:用0.6%NaCl溶液处理的耐盐水稻品系H5和H6的MDA含量比对照(C6)降低27.27%和31.31%,用0.6%NaCl溶液处理的耐盐水稻品系H5、H6相对电导率变化比对照C6降低10.24%和6.67%,用0.9%NaCl溶液处理的耐盐水稻品系H5和H6的Pro含量比对照(C6)提高135.48%和49.29%,用0.9%NaCl溶液处理的H5、H6可溶性糖含量分别比对照提高11.92%和20.76%,用0.6%NaCl溶液处理的耐盐水稻品系H5和H6的SOD总活性比对照(C6)提高2.58%和4.38%,用0.6%NaCl溶液处理的耐盐水稻品系H5和H6的株高比对照(C6)提高44.29%和67.14%,表明田间筛选出的耐盐水稻品系H5和H6的耐盐性强于对照(C6)。The Hseries salt-tolerant rice varieties and Liao xing 1(C6) in growing period of seedling were treated with different concentrations of NaCl(0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%).Malondlaldehyde(MDA),proline(Pro),superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities and palnt height in the third leaf stage(20d) were measured.The results showed that the MDA contents of H5 and H6 were 27.27% and 31.31% lower than control(C6) of 0.6% NaCl salt treatment.The relative conductivities of H5 and H6 were 10.24% and 6.67% lower than control(C6) of 0.6% NaCl salt treatment.The Pro contents of H5 and H6 were 135.48% and 49.29% higher than control(C6) of 0.9% NaCl salt treatment.The soluble suger contents of H5 and H6 were 11.92% and 20.76% higher than control(C6) of 0.9% NaCl salt treatment.The SOD contents of H5 and H6 were 2.58% and 4.38 % higher than control(C6) of 0.6% NaCl salt treatment.The palnt heights of H5 and H6 were 44.29% and 67.14% higher than control(C6) of 0.6% NaCl salt treatment.So the that H series salt-tolerant rice varieties selected from field screening were stronger than that of C6.MoreBack AbstractFilter('EnChDivSummary','ChDivSummaryMore2','ChDivSummaryReset2'); 【Keywords in Chinese】 水稻; 盐胁迫; 株高; 生理生化指标; 【Key words】 rice; salt stress; plant height; physiological indexes;
