摘  要:在沈阳农业大学昆虫抗性实验室已有的二斑叶螨抗性种群的基础上,以杀死种群60%的剂量用2.0%的阿维菌素乳油继续汰选。选育至35代,抗性增长到13.76倍。离体酶活性的测定结果表明:阿维菌素抗性品系的乙酰胆碱酯酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的活性分别为敏感品系的3.6233和3.0475倍,暗示这两种酶活力的增强是二斑叶螨对阿维菌素产生抗性的主要原因。酯酶同工酶电泳结果显示,二斑叶螨敏感品系和抗性筛选品系均有至少4条明显的谱带,所有的抗性品系酶带染色均比敏感品系的强,表明二斑叶螨经过长期的阿维菌素汰选,酯酶活性增强。The resistance selection of Tetranychus urticae Koch to abamectin was carried out under pressure of killing about 60% population based on the existing resistant population in the laboratory.After 35 generations selection,the resistance ratios of selected population was 13.67.The result of detoxicant enzymes activities indicated that the main cause of resistance to abamectin was the increased activities of acetylcholinesterase and glutathione-S-transferase,and the activity of resistant strain developed 3.6233 and 3.0475-fold contrasted to susceptible stain respectively.The esterase isozymes of susceptible and abamectin resistant strain from Tetranychus urticae was also studied.The result of esterase isozymes electrophoresis showed that there were at least four patterns in both resistant and susceptible stains of Tetranychus urticae Koch,and the coloration of all the patterns of resistant strain were stronger than those of susceptible stain.The result indicated that after long-term selected by abamectin,the activities of esterase were enhanced.MoreBack AbstractFilter('EnChDivSummary','ChDivSummaryMore2','ChDivSummaryReset2'); 【Keywords in Chinese】 二斑叶螨; 阿维菌素; 解毒酶; 酯酶同功酶; 【Key words】 Tetranychus urticae Koch; abamectin; detoxicant enzymes; esterase isozymes;
