摘  要:浑河流域东部白松(Pinus strobus)不同种源SRAP遗传多样性分析及指纹构建旨在为浑河流域生态林建设中优良种源选择和研究提供理论根据。采用SRAP方法进行研究表明:利用28对SRAP引物共扩增出314个多态性条带,平均每个引物扩增出11.21条带,多态性比率为61.15%。通过UPGMA聚类分析软件将15个种源的东部白松分为4个集群,相似系数在0.5570~0.7718之间,平均遗传距离为0.5751,研究结果表现出不同种源的加拿大东部白松较为显著的遗传分化多样性。试验结果表明:引物ME6/EM1可以将15个种源区分开,并用3对引物扩增出9条多态性条带,用于种源的SRAP标记,为浑河流域生态林建设引入优良东部白松种源奠定基础。Genetic diversities analysis and fingerprint constructions of Pinus strobus from different provenances were designed for selection superior provenance and research of theoretical basis in ecological Construction of Hun River Basin.Results by SRAP method showed that 28 primers were used and,314 polymorphic bands were amplified.Each primer amplified 11.21 bands on the average and the average percentage of polymorphic bands was 61.15%.15 Pinus strobus provenances were divided into four main groups by using the UPGMA.The similar coefficients and genetic distance were in 0.5570~0.7718 and 0.5751 respectively.It revealed that a significant genetic differentiation existenced between the provenances.In addition,primer ME6/EM1 could be used to distinguish the 15 Pinus strobus provenances and 9 polymorphic bands which were amplified by 3 pairs of primers.The molecular fingerprint checking index of 15 provenances of Pinus strobus was constructed according to the final result of data analysis and the special bands.MoreBack AbstractFilter('EnChDivSummary','ChDivSummaryMore2','ChDivSummaryReset2'); 【Keywords in Chinese】 浑河流域; 东部白松; SRAP; 遗传多样性; 指纹构建; 【Key words】 Hun River Basin; Pinus strobus; SRAP; genetic diversity; fingerprint construction;
