摘　　要：在公安工作中,队伍建设是根本,也是保证。当前铁路公安面临的形势更严峻、任务更艰巨、要求标准更高,破解这些难题的关键是要加强班子、队伍和执行三个核心要素建设。班子建设关键在所长,制度是前提,学习是根本,奋进是保障,党政是重点;队伍建设要解决面对情绪怎么看,面对问题怎么比,面对问题怎么办;执行建设要慎始敬终抓检查,杜绝选择抓执行。The development of troops is both the foundation and the guarantee of police work.Now the railway police are facing more serious situations,more difficult tasks and higher demands.The key to the solution is the construction of three core elements: leadership,troops and implement.The construction of leadership should focus on the system and the Party administration.The construction of troops should solve the problems like how to treat the complaints or objection.The construction of troops should solve the problems like how to treat the complaints or objection.The construction of implement should insist on regulate inspection all the way.
