摘　　要：我国侦查监督制度日益暴露出不容忽视的体制性和机制性不足,修改后的《刑事诉讼法》虽从内容和程序两个方面对侦查监督制度进行了完善,但仍然存在诸如平衡性监督、柔性监督、隐形监督等问题。通过司法解释和检察案例方式,构建单向侦查监督模式、完善刚性监督制度,是完善我国侦查监督制度的可行路径。More and more deficiencies in system and mechanism have been exposed in the supervisory system of investigation in China. The revised Criminal Procedural Law has improved the system from its contents and pro- cedure, but it still has some problems, such as halanceable supervision, flexible supervision and invisible supervi- sion, etc. It is a feasible way of improving the system to build a one - way supervisory pattern of investigation as well as perfecting the rigid supervisory system through judicial interpretation and procuratorate eases.
