结合专业学科特点 创新学生党建工作

摘　　要：党建工作是中国共产党不断发展壮大的力量源泉。时代的发展要求高校不断适应新形势,转变工作理念,努力探索实践,创新党建工作。创新党建工作,需要结合专业学科特点,贴近学生需求,创造性地开展工作。随着信息时代的发展,软件技术影响力不断扩大,软件人才供不应求。因此,高等学校软件学专业的党建工作需要贴近学科专业特点,增强思想引领,开辟一条全方位的育人新途径,这样才能培养出德才兼备的IT人才。The work of Party construction is the driving source for the development and growth of the Communist Party of China. Party construction work in colleges should advance with time and make a change to those aspects that are not suitable for its devel- opment. Innovating Party construction work requires the collaboration with professional characteristics, which may satisfy students ＂professional need in the long run. The innovation of Party construction work in software majors depends on its guidance in IT tal- ents cultivation through profession-based work.
