文化育人视域下艺术专业学生思想政治教育工作探析

摘　　要：艺术专业学生与其他专业的大学生相比,其群体政治稳定性强、思维活跃、创造力突出。在文化育人视域下,艺术学院思想政治教育工作要以人为本,尊重艺术规律;加强理想信念教育,重视整体素质提升;树立群体中的优秀典范,发挥标杆作用;创造良好的环境与氛围,妥善运用网络文化阵地;鼓励艺术实践,开展高层次的交流与对话,努力培养文艺人才的高尚道德、广阔视野和精湛技艺。Under culture education, the ideological and political education in Art College has the following characteristics which may help cultivate artistic talents with noble morality, broad vision and skills. The following suggestions may help achieve the a- bove purpose ： （ 1 ） following people - oriented principle by observing artistic regulation; （2） elevating comprehensive quality by focusing on ideal and belief education; （3） magnifying the part played in the battle by setting up models; （4） proper use of net- work culture hv creating, good environment and atmosphere; （5） developing high level exchanges and dialogue by art practice.
