摘　　要：探讨了WCDMA双载波负荷均衡策略体系,从载波能力、驻留策略、接入策略、连接态策略等方面对策略的实现方法进行了研究分析。针对目前2种主流的策略进行了测试,验证了策略的效果,比较了二者的特点。It discusses the system of the load balancing strategy of WCDMA dual carrier, analyzes and researches the implementation methods of the strategy from the aspect of capacity of carrier, resident strategy, access strategy and connection strategy. It tests two mainstream strategies, verifies the effect of the strategies, compares the characteristics of the two strategies.
