摘 要:不等厚管对接在焊接区锥形过渡段一侧容易产生焊接缺陷。本文采用有限元分析软件建立两组带焊接缺陷构造形式的有限元模型,参照已有研究成果,选取合适的焊缝几何参数以最大程度减小其对集中系数(SCF)的影响。在分析大量计算结果的基础上得出构成缺陷区几何外形的主要参数d及k对SCF的影响;且对比了两种连接方式对其影响。分析表明d及k对SCF的影响较为复杂;但管厚中心对齐连接方式优于管厚内壁对齐方式且SCF至少降低约16%左右。Unequal thickness pipe butt weld in the welding area tapered transition section-side weld- ing defects were easily produced. In this paper, the finite element analysis software build two groups of finite element model of the structure form with welding defects, with reference to existing research re- suits, select the appropriate weld geometry parameters minimizes its impact on the stress concentration factor(SCF). On the analysis of a large number of the calculation results the influence of SCF was ob- tained based on the defeet area constitute the main parameters d and k; comparing the impact of two types of connection. Analysis shows that the impact of d and k on the SCF more complex, but tube thick- ness center alignment connection method is better than the other, and at least reduced about 16%.
