基于UML的医院病案借阅追溯系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：病案借阅追溯系统建设的目的是促使普陀医院病案借阅事务的信息化和自动化。客户端采用C++语言开发,基于UML建模,后台运用动态SQL语句拼接和存储过程从病案数据库与HIS数据库获取病案状态,实现了病案批量借阅/归还与核对、单份病案与批量病案状态追溯、定时催还、历史病案查询、工作量统计、报表输出等功能。该软件的应用极大提高了病案借阅效率,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,为数字化医院的建设打下坚实的基础。进一步工作的方向是将系统深度整合到病案统计管理系统中去,最终实现单一的真正意义的电子病历系统。The whole development procedure of Putuo hospital medical records distribution and tracing system is presented in this paper. First, the limitations of manual process of medical records supply and distribution are introduced. Then the developers create models using UML, advancing an integrated solution of medical records distribution and tracing coded in C＋＋ language and based on C/S infrastructure. Next, the functional system requirements are explored in detail. The physical module of the system is built on Oracle and SQL Server and features in two-layer infrastructure. The implementation of the system helps to boost the efficiency of medical records distribution dramatically and to construct the the system into the medical records manaeement system to realize digital hospital in the future. The next work will be integrating finally a genuine electronic medical records system.
