摘　　要：介绍了柔性化高速输送系统在焊装工艺生产线进行多车型切换生产的应用。柔性化高速切换输送系统包含高速滚床输送和齿轮齿条移行系统,原理是利用滚床台车设备的高低不同的输送面和齿轮齿条直线输送实现输送夹具台车x-y方向的高速转移切换柔性化生产。该输送系统可以按照工艺要求实现汽车焊接领域二级总成发仓、前后底板输送过程中多种车型混线柔性化生产,也可以推广到其他领域物流输送中。This paper mainly introduces the application of flexible high-speed delivery system for multiple models switching in production line of welding process.Flexible high speed switching dehvery system, including high-speed roller conveyor and gear shift system.The principle of flexible high-speed transfer switch production is the use of rolling skid equipment of different height of transfer surface and rack-and-pinion linear transport implementation of X-Y transport jig trolley.The conveyor system can be realized in a variety of models of automobile welding process to achieve two level assembly Facang,can meet the requirements of conveying mixed line flexible production process for front and rear floor, can also be extended to other areas of logistics transportation.
