摘 要:针对汽车T系列后簧后座焊接工件,设计了适用于焊接机器人的气动夹具,详细分析气缸的选型与安装。实现了计算机辅助设计功能的综合应用,采用UG(Unigraphics)软件的参数化和部族件功能对标准件进行快速设计、有限元分析功能对受力复杂部件进行受力分析以及运动仿真功能对夹具和工件运动过程进行仿真,为焊接夹具的设计和验证优化提供了技术基础,并克服了传统夹具设计存在的开发周期长、设计更改困难的缺点,获得符合设计要求的焊接夹具。该设计满足企业的实际生产要求,具有一定的实用价值。According to "T-series rear spring seat" workpieces:this paper designed robotic welding fixture with pneumatic clamps and analyzed selection and installation of the cylinders detailedly.The welding fixture design method achieved the comprehensive application of computer-aided design features. Standard parts were designed by using parametric and tribal functions:a finite element model was set up for the complex loading c, omponents of welding fixture and a motion simulation was used to simulate the working process of the fixture and the workpieces.This method provided technical basis and overcame disadvantages:such as long development cycle and difficulties of changing design:existed in the traditional fixture design:by which the suitable welding fixture was acquired.Consequently: this work is suitable for the actual production requirement:with certain engineering background and practical value.
