摘  要:逆变CO2焊接电源和送丝机分别内置以PIC16F876单片机为核心的(解调)主控板和(调制)遥控板,遥控板对给定信号进行调制,主控板对接收到的调制信号进行解调。利用遥控板与主控板之间连接的一根载波线,焊接电源与送丝机之间的电缆(焊接电源输出正)构成载波通信回路。焊接电源、焊接电源输出(正)电缆、送丝机、焊枪、焊接电弧、工件和焊接电源输出(负)电缆构成焊接回路。采用一根载波线替代传统CO2焊机六芯控制电缆调节参数,可避免因控制线损坏而引起的焊机工作故障,提高焊接生产效率。The main control board (demodulation) and remote control board (modulation) which are based on PICI6F876 single chip microcomputer are buih in inverter CO2 welding machine and wire feeder separately.The fi, nction of the remote contn)l t)nard is to modulate the given signal and the main control board's is to demodulate the received signal.A carrier line is connected between the remote control board and the main control board which formed the carrier eommunication circuit between the wehling machine and the cable of the wire feeder (The output of welding machine is pusitive).The wehting circuit is composed of wehling machine, welding power output (positive) cable,wire feeder,welding gun,welding-arc,workpiece and welding machine output (negative) cable.h can avoid welding work fault because of the control line damage using a carrier line to replace six control lines of the traditional CO2 welding machine in the process of parameters tuning.Besides,it alsu improved the welding reliability and efficiency.
