摘　　要：介绍了一个基于 PC机的利用路由器操作系统所提供的功能开发计费软件 ,实现了校园网的通信计费管理的应用系统 ,同时阐述了设计的原理、实现机制 .通过后台数据库系统的支持能完成相当的管理功能 。An application system for the accounting managem ent of campus network was introduced,which is developed based on PC and realiaed by the functions provided by the router OS.The principles of design,machenisms of realization and some functions were detailed.At the same time,with the support of background database,some complex management,could by done,which maked it very suitable for the campus network and other network of middle and small scale.
