摘 要:本文分析了独立风电系统与常规发电系统功率平衡方法的区别及蓄电池在风电系统中的作用,提出利用少量储能和调节负载功率的平衡方法。介绍了基于直流母线的独立风电系统的结构、组成及控制方法。当风速高风机输入功率较大时,负载全功率运行,当风速低风机输入功率较小时,负载降功率运行,蓄电池根据风机输入总功率和负载运行功率之差进行充电或放电,保证系统稳定运行。现场运行结果表明:基于直流母线的独立风电系统运行稳定,能够保证负载正常运行。With the analysis of the differences between stand-alone wind power system and the conventional system, this paper introduces a new balance method by controlling the variable power load, and using a small amount of batteries. The paper introduces the structure and control method of stand-alone wind power system which is based on DC bus, and the characteristics under variable load operation as well. When the wind speed is high, the load works under rated power operation. On the contrary, the load works under variable power operation. Batteries charge or discharge according to the differences between total wind power input and load power, which ensures that the system is stable. Field testing results show that the stand-alone wind power system based on DC bus is stable, and the load works well.
