肇庆社区老年人文化建设现存问题及解决方案——以城西社区为例  

The Analysis of Problems and their Solutions to the Cultural Construction for the Senior Citizens in Zhaoqing Communities——Taking the Western Community as an Example

摘　　要：通过对城西社区老年人文化生活的调查和分析,指出目前肇庆社区老年文化建设主要存在场地不足、设施种类单一;文化活动思想性、政治性不高;基础建设资金和活动经费投入严重不足;文化工作队伍建设严重滞后等问题。建议政府要建立规范制度以保障社区老年文化建设,同时积极引进市场机制,吸收社会资金,加大社区文化建设的资金投入,另外还要相应提高社区文化服务人员待遇,培养社区文化骨干,并大力提倡大学生志愿者活动。Through the investigation and the analysis of the cultural life the senior citizens in the community enjoy, the paper pointed out the problems existing in cultural construction for the senior citizens of Zhaoqing communities including lacks of venues, facilities of single type; cultural thought and sense of politics is not high; shortage of funds for infrastructure construction and activity expenses. It was suggested that the government should establish a standardized system to ensure the community culture construction, and actively introduce the market mechanism, absorb social capital for community culture construction, increase capital investment and the personnel treatment for community cultural service, develop the community culture backbone, and to vigorously promote the volunteer activities of university students.
