内激励理论在大学生党员素质培养中的运用

摘　　要：大学生党员是大学生的先进分子,是党的生力军,大学生党员素质的高低对于党的建设有着十分重要的意义。但是,随着各高校大学生党员发展力度的加大,党员数量虽然增加了,但党员的素质却参差不齐。为了激励大学生党员不断提高自身素质,各高校可以运用内激励理论,建立责任激励、声誉激励、培训激励、参与激励等方面的制度,不断创新大学生素质培养的途径。The undergraduates party member is the advanced element of undergraduates, is the impor ＇rant force in party, whose quality is very imporlant to the building of Communist Party of China. However, with the development of the undergraduates party member, whose number have increased, but its quality is uneven. In order to motivate the undergraduates party member to improve quality of their own, the intrinsie motivation theory can be used by colleges and universities to build liability motivation, reputation motivation
