摘　　要：在分析梧州招商引资中所存在的问题的基础上,认为这些问题根源于政府与企业之间、企业之间缺乏有效的沟通机制,而建立商会则是这一问题有效解决之道。On the basis of the analysis of the existing problems in the investment in Wuzhou, this thesis con- cludes that the problems are duo to the lack of effect communication mechanism between government and enterprises and between different enterprises. The solution is to build chamber of commerce.
