摘　　要：本文介绍了某医院通过转变服务理念,改革临床护理工作模式;加强服务培训,提升临床护理服务意识;强化服务责任,规范临床护理服务制度;改善服务环境,提高护理服务成效,达到夯实基础护理,改进护理服务流程,提升专科护理质量,保证患者安全,从而,提高患者满意度,和谐医患关系。We have adopted the following methods which contained changing the service concept and reforming the clinical care model, strengthening service training and enhancing the consciousness of clinical care services, strengthening service responsibility and standardizing clinical nursing care system,improving the service environment and enhancing the effectiveness of nursing services. The targets including the foundation care improving care service processes. Improving the quality of specialist care ensuring patient safe- ty was achieved. Through these ways patient satisfaction continuously upgrade and doctor-patient relationship is more harmonious.
