摘  要:在利用数值模拟软件对封盖进行冲压成形工艺分析的基础上,制定了模具设计方案,即采用五道工序成形,将落料、首次拉深复合,将二次拉深、反向拉深、切边复合。由于拉深过程中可能出现拉裂、起皱等缺陷,因此在这两个工序中运用模拟软件,对两次拉深进行模拟仿真,分析验证其可行性。模具结构紧凑合理,为同类零件的生产提供参考和借鉴。The stamping process of the cover has been analyzed by use of numerical simulation software. As per the workpiece's profile, the five-step forming tool design proposal, which combines the blanking and first drawing together and then combines second drawing, reverse drawing, and trimming together, has been determined. Since the faults like cracking and wrinkling would occur in the drawing process, the simulation software has been adopted in the two steps to stimulate the two drawing process in order to verify the feasibility. The tool is compact and reasonable in structure, which provides the reference for the production of similar parts.
