摘　　要：对控制器按钮罩外壳进行了冲压工艺分析,根据零件的形状和生产要求,制定了模具设计方案,并对设计的模具进行Deform仿真分析,验证其设计合理性。论述了制造该类零件复合模设计的全过程,详细介绍了模具的结构设计及制造技术要领。The stamping technology for the controller button cover shell has been analyzed in the text.As per the profile of the work piece and the production requirement,the tool design proposal has been determined. The tool has been verified to be reasonable by Deform simulation and analysis.The design process of compound tool for this kind part has been described.The structure design and manufacturing key points of the tool have been put forward in detail.
