摘　　要：以航空地球物理与遥感地质实验室进入国土资源部重点实验室行列为契机,探讨通过实验室制度建设、基础设施建设、广泛的项目合作、设立开放课题、科技成果推广与转化、技术合作与交流等方面,推动公益性地勘事业单位人才培养的相关计划,以增强公益性地勘事业单位核心竞争力,推动航空地球物理与遥感地质事业的发展。Laboratory of Airborne Geophysics and Remote Sensing Geology has been officially approved as one of the Key Labs of Ministry of Land and Resources （MRL）. This paper advocates that it is significant to take this opportunity to strengthen the competitive abilities of public geological exploration institutions and promote the development of airborne geophysical and geological remote sensing technologies and personnel training through establishing the lab regulations, improving the fundamental infrastructure, carrying out extensive scientific cooperation and academic exchanges, supporting open research projects and enhancing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
