摘　　要：妊娠合并心脏病仍是孕产妇死亡的重要原因之一。对于有生育要求的心脏病患者在孕期需严密随访,其中围产期的管理干预尤为重要,包括孕晚期的病情评估、分娩时机和方式的选择、分娩后的监护及对症治疗,需要产科医生、心内科、麻醉师多学科合作,以帮助患者顺利度过分娩期。Pregnancy associated with cardiac disease is one of the important causes of maternal death during peripartum. There- fore, pregnant women with cardiac diseases should be carefully followed-up during pregnancy. The management of peripartal intervention is particularly important. These include late pregnancy condition assessment, delivery management, and puerperium medical care. A good collaboration between the obstetricians, cardiologist, and anesthesiologist is needed.
