摘　　要：妊娠合并急性胰腺炎较为罕见,发病率约1/12000～1/1000,但其并发症多且病死率高,严重威胁母儿生命安全。要重视该病的诊断及治疗。现将其高危因素、诊断要点及处理策略综述如下。Acute pancreatitis （AP） is a rare event in pregnancy. The incidence rate is about 1/1000 - 1/12000 of pregnan- cies. AP in pregnancy is associated with higher rates of complications and mortality that seriously threat life safety of mother and fetus. It should pay more attentions on diagnosis and treatment of AP during pregnancy. This article reviews the high risk factors, diagnosis, and treatment of AP during pregnancy.
