摘　　要：国外的经验表明病种支付方式对于医疗费用的控制具有重要影响。本文界定了国内单病种支付方式的类型,并以某二级医院为例分析了单病种支付方式在覆盖范围、费用控制、出院人次方面的效果。External experience shows that Medical Insurance Payment Method of Diseases Groups has important influence on health care costs, this paper defines the kinds of Diseases Groups Method, analyzes the effect of coverage, control of health care costs, number of patients left hospital based on the data of a grade 2 hospital
