摘 要:按照发展低碳经济的要求,首次建立了城市土地低碳集约利用评价指标体系,针对评价指标相互影响与制约的关系,采用网络层次分析法构建评价模型,并以南京市为例,运用Super Decision软件进行实证演算。研究得出:①影响南京市土地低碳集约利用的主要因素为地均GDP、地均碳排放、人均建设用地面积等指标;②1998—2009年南京市城市土地低碳集约利用水平呈总体上升态势,评价指数从0.41增加到0.55,年均增长速率为2.72%;③土地利用程度、土地低碳水平和可持续性制约了南京市土地低碳集约利用发展,是未来改革方向。所构建模型和ANP方法有助于客观评价低碳经济发展目标下城市土地利用水平。The purpose of this study is to build theoretical basis and practical application of intensive urban land use based on low-carbon economy. As for the mutual correlation and feedback among elements in the evaluation indicator system, Analytic Network Process was chosen to build evaluation model and determine the weight of indexes. Examination of the results provides a time series analysis of Nanjing City and uses Super Decision software to empirical calculations. Methods of system analysis and ANP method were employed. The results indicate: (1) The main factors affecting the low-carbon and intensive urban land use are GDP and carbon emissions per unit area of land, construction land per capita, etc.. (2) The development level of low-carbon and intensive urban land use had a ascend trend, the index increasing from 0.41 to 0.55, with an average annual growth rate of 2.72%, during the period 1998-2009, (3) The carbon emissions and sustainability of land are the main barrier factors, which should be reformed. The conclusion of study is that ANP method and proposed model can objectively reflect the development level and trend of urban land use system.
