信息公开——化解政府网络危机的有效途径

摘　　要：网络危机是一种新形式危机,政府化解网络危机的关键是信息公开。发生舆论危机时,政府要善于利用各种途径进行信息公开,要发挥网络媒体与传统媒体的合力,既要通过传统媒体进行积极的形象传播,又要通过政府门户网站、微博、第三方网站积极主动地公开信息。Network crisis is a new form of crisis, the key to the resolution of which for the government lies in information opening. Once in public-opinion crises the government should take advantage of varieties of ways in particular the resultant force of net-media favorable to image publicity and traditional media such as Miero-blog, third-party web sites as well as governmental portal web sites to open information actively and promptly.
