摘　　要：党校作为党建的重要阵地,其自身党建的意义重大。为认真落实中央、省、市基层党建工作项目化发展的安排部署,中共南昌市委党校紧紧围绕新形势下强化党校职能的中心任务,按照"把握规律、增强实效、创新经验、夯实基础,在新的历史条件下提高党的建设科学化水平"的工作要求,借鉴经济工作的理念和思路,以项目化管理手段和方法,不断健全党建工作机制,打造党建工作亮点,创新党建工作载体,拓展党建工作领域,努力使党建工作体现时代性、把握规律性、富于创造性,切实发挥党校作为培养党员干部提高执政能力的主渠道、主阵地和主力军作用。The work of Party building in Party schools is of great significance for Party schools are the important position of Party building. In order to implement CCCP＇S and the provincial and municipal committees＇arrangement and deployment of the projectized development of basic-level Party building, Party school of CPC Nanehang municipal committee has managed to perfect the mecha- nism, create highlights, innovate the carrier and expand the field of Party building work giving expression to the times, the law and o- riginality, as a result of the Party school acting the role of the main channel and force as well as the battle position, according to the central task of intensifying the function of Party schools in the new circumstances and the job requirement of grasping the objective law, enhancing actual effect, innovating experience and laying solid foundation to improve Party building in a scientific way in the new historical condition, by means of the projectized management using for reference ideas and thinking in economic activities.
