摘  要:目的探讨1型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢异常和血浆生长素水平的关系。方法链脲佐菌素单次股静脉注射诱导1型糖尿病大鼠模型,利用代谢笼检测大鼠代谢的变化,酶底物显色法检测血液生化变化,酶联免疫吸附检测血液中生长素的含量,通过相关分析法分析生长素含量变化和大鼠摄食量的相关性。结果 1型糖尿病大鼠出现典型的代谢异常,主要是多食、多饮、多尿、体重减轻,同时伴有持续性高血糖,但糖尿病大鼠血脂水平在后期会逐渐下降。糖尿病大鼠血液中生长素水平增加与摄食量呈正相关性。结论 1型糖尿病大鼠血液中生长素含量升高和摄食增加密切相关,但绝对胰岛素水平低下可能是体重减轻的根本原因。Objective To determine the relationship between aberrant metabolism and concentration on plasma ghrelin in type 1 diabetic rats.Methods Type 1 diabetic models were established by injection 60 mg/kg of streptozotocin once through femoral vein and metabolic changes were detected with metabolic cages in tats.Bio-chemistry was measured using reaction of enzyme-substrate. Blood serum levels of ghrelin were assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the corelation between the concentration of ghrelin and food-intaking were analyzed with pearson regression.Results Type 1 diabetic rats typically appear metabolic disorders including polyphagia,polydipsia,diuresis and weight loss,at the same time accompanied by lasting hyperglycemia. But their plasma lipid levels gradually decreased in late stage which was consistent with the reduction of body fat.Plasma ghrelin levels increased which showed positive correlation with food consumption in diabetic rats.Conclusion High level of plasma ghrelin closely associates with food in-taking,and the weight loss may be ascribe to the absolute lower insulin in type 1 diabetic rats.
