摘　　要：转基因技术已经出现,要完全禁止是不可能的。支持转基因技术的学者完全不考虑生命科学与技术作为博物学的不成熟与不可靠,更没有充分认识转基因技术的不可预测与不可控制的风险。转基因技术必须大力发展,但又必须极其谨慎地推广利用,而且应当施加与自然作物的生殖隔离。Transgenic technology has emerged and it＇s impossible for us to ban it completely. Some schol- ars who support transgenic technology take no account of the immaturity and unreliability of life science and technol- ogy as natural history, and do not have a full understanding of the unpredictable and uncontrollable risk of transgen- ic technology. Transgenic technology must be developed energetically, but at the same time, we must be extremely careful to use it, and its reoroductive isolation with natural plant is required.
