摘　　要：本文利用不变矩具有平移、旋转和尺度不变性的特点,将其应用于图像识别。提取图像的七个不变矩,然后利用改进的神经网络(BP)进行了图像目标识别算法研究,结果表明此算法具有较好的识别效果,并且速度较快,可以应用于图像小目标的识别当中。The paper utilizes methods of the moment invariants which has characteristics ot translauon invariants,scale invariants,and roration invariants in image recognition_We extract seven moment invariants ,and study the recognition algorithm of object in image with BP algorirhm.The result is better ,and they can be used in small target image recognition.
