摘　　要：PACS/RIS系统是医院信息化建设的重要组成部分,可以实现所有医疗影像的数字化存储、传输、阅读和管理,建立影像科室的全数字诊断报告系统、临床数字化影像报告浏览系统以及全院级的数字会诊中心从而实现医院影像无胶片化管理。本文讨论了医院PACS/RIS系统的建设目标,描述了PACS/RIS系统的架构设计和功能模块,给出了基于数据库中间表的PACS/RIS系统与HIS系统的集成方案,并介绍了系统的应用情况。The PACS / RIS system is an important composition part of hospital information construction, which can achieve digital store, transmission, reading and management of all medical images. The system can build all-digital diagnostic report system of image sections, clinical digitized images report browsing system as well as the digital consultation center in order to achieve filmless hospital image management. This paper discussed the construction goal of hospital PACS / RIS system＇, described the systems architecture design and functional modules. The integration solutions ofPACS / RIS system with the HIS system were based on database intermediate table and the application of the system in hospital was described.
