摘　　要：阐述了对选型的智能电能表进行全性能试验过程中,发现智能电能表在安全认证通过的情况下费控功能无法实现,依据费控功能的技术理论依据分析了该现象,并提出在智能电能表费控功能试验前进行内部时钟设置的整改建议。During the process of the full performance test, it is found that the cost control function of the selected types of smart meters cannot be realized even when they have received safety certification. Based on the technical theory of cost control function, this article analyzes this phenomenon and suggests the inside clock be set before the cost control function of smart meters be tested.
