摘  要:阐述了鲁能白云风电一、二期工程35 kV高压电缆在一年多的运行过程中,发现陆续有单相短路故障及绝缘降低的现象发生。从分析故障现象、查找故障原因入手,提出了重点加强材料采购质量和施工安装关键环节质量控制的对策措施,并提出了采用预制式、冷缩式电缆头附件的新材料、新工艺建议。In the more-than-one-year operation of 1st and 2nd stages of Luneng Group Baiyun wind power project, the situations of single phase short circuit and insulation decrease continuously happened to the 35 kV high voltage power cables. Through analysis of the situations and their reasons, this article puts forward the measures of increasing the quality of materials purchased and controlling the quality of the key steps of construction and installation. The suggestion of using the new materials and techniques of prefabricated and cold shrink power cable joint accessories is also proposed.
