摘　　要：近代青海地区商业贸易中存在着多种交易方式与职能,并出现新的商品物流模式。这不仅使传统商品流通结构发生变化,同时也加速了城镇和农牧区之间大规模的商品流通,促使市场交易形式走向现代化,大大提高了近代青海城镇商业网络的运行效率。There are many forms and functions of transaction in modern Qinghai commercial trade, and a new commodity logistics mode emerges. It not only makes the traditional commodity circulation structure change but also accelerates the large - scale commodity circulation between towns and farm and pastoral areas, which makes the mar- ket transaction forms toward modernization and improve the functioning efficiency of the business network in modern Qinghai towns.
