高海拔地区建设生态旅游城市的态势分析——以青海玉树州为例

摘　　要：随着玉树灾后重建工作的全面推开,建设高原生态旅游城市的步伐亦进一步加快。玉树建设高原生态旅游城市,既具备一定的内部优势和良好的外部条件,同时也具有诸多的制约因素。所以,必须遵循生态先行的原则,协调城市发展与地区生态保护;挖掘生态文化内涵,树立鲜明的高原生态旅游城市新形象;加快完善基础设施,提高生态旅游综合服务水平;重视对外宣传,加强生态旅游城市区域合作。With the post-disaster reconstruction work spreading out in Yushu, the pace of constructing eco- tourism city on the plateau should be speeded further. In spite of a certain degree of internal advantages and favorable external conditions, constructing eco-tourism city in Yushu still has many restricting factors. Therefore, we must follow the principle of ecology first and coordinate the city development with its ecological protection;we excavate the eco- logical culture connotation to set up a new image of eco-tourism city on the plateau by improving the infrastructure and the service level of ecological tourism. It is vital to pay attention to the external propaganda and strengthen the re- gional cooperation among the eco-tourism cities.
