Ⅱ型糖尿病伴原发性高血压患者窦性心率震荡临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察Ⅱ型糖尿病伴原发性高血压患者窦性心率震荡变化并探讨其临床意义。方法对行24小时动态心电图检查患者的心电图资料进行分析,其中Ⅱ型糖尿病患者45例,单纯性原发性高血压病45例,Ⅱ型糖尿病伴原发性高血压病者40例,健康对照者45例,均检出有室性早搏,并计算TO及TS等指标。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病伴原发性高血压病组TO较健康对照组高,TS较对照组低(P<0.05);与Ⅱ型糖尿病组或单纯原发性高血压病组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病伴原发性高血压病患者窦性心率震荡现象明显减弱,自主神经受损,易发生恶性心脏事件。Objective To observe the sinus rhythm turbulence of patients with primary hypertension and type 2 diabetes and explore the clinical significance. Methods Patients checked by 24h dynamic electrocardiogram were chosen from 2008 to 2011 in our hospital, including simple primary hypertension（45 cases）, type 2 diabetes （45 cases）, primary hypertension and type 2 diabetes （45 cases） and healthy controls （45 cases）. All the cases were detected ventricular ex trasystoles and calculated TO and TS index. Results The TO indexes of primary hypertension and type 2 diabetes group were higher than that of the healthy controls group and the TS index was lower than that of the latter（P〈0.05）. The differences were statistically significant between primary hypertension and type 2 diabetes group and type 2 diabetes group or simple primary hypertension group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sinus rhythm turbulence of patients with primary hypertension and type 2 diabetes is weakens obviously and autonomic nerve is damaged. Patients are more prone to malignant cardiac events.
